What does the Admin Panel actually mean for your Fortnite gameplay?
Beyond cosmetics, it feeds you Sprite Dust, the currency you spend to summon Sprites and buy Loot Hacks. Those Hacks change what spawns inside Battle Royale chests, so you can nudge your finds toward the gear you actually want.
