Why isn’t my Dead by Daylight code working?
A few things can cause a listed code to fail. The usual culprit is a typing error – copying and pasting avoids that, or compare your entry letter by letter, since capital letters and punctuation both count. Failures have also been reported on Xbox Series X, where some players got codes to register by capitalizing only the first letter and leaving the rest lowercase.
